The lens I used for this is a cheap and cheerful lens, and gives awesome results, great for portraits too, its a fixed focal length, so you cant zoom in or out, also you need to be a about half a meter away from the subject, but its seriously great, Jessops have it for £99 online, its the Canon 50mm f1.8 MK2 - I think you'll love it mate.
