Me and Ridge both use Adobe Photoshop, you can get a 30 day trial from www.adobe.com I'm sure you can work your way around cracking it or finding a key gen from somewhere LOL.

| I have tried something like that, its actually pretty easy, you need a tripod tho, and use a long shutter speed, something like 4 secs, and then focus on some lights and take the shot, while its taking it, twist the zoom ring, so you zoom in or out, I'll post up a shot i did while I was away at my cousins. EDIT: This was my attempt at zoom bursts, I mounted my camera on my tripod, sorted out the settings, focused on the lights of my cousins Christmas tree and used a wireless remote to take the shot. I use the Manual Mode (M) for all my photography, These were my settings: 4 Second Shutter Speed, F.3.5 (Aperture), ISO was 200, and my Focal Length started and finished at 18mm. Hope that helps and if you have any questions, ask Sam. |

| Ok i understand now... not sure if i'll ever use this technique. Might be better in the dark though. I need a tripod now... There are some amazing christmas lights in the centre of town that I want to capture but i dont have a tripod. I'm going to see what I can do with out... _________________ |

| Its good for abstract photography. I rarely use this, I'm currently using a 4 Second exposure for my new photography project based on horror, it captures enough light and also allows a decent blur of an object or person.
Tripods are pretty cheap, you can get a pretty decent one from Jessops for about £10-£20, definately worth the purchase ! |

| Cheapest tripod was £45 so I'm going to look around. I'll have to prop the camera on something tonight so Incan capture the lights. _________________ |
