Basically when i play mw3 the screen will randomly freeze and I can't get the home screen up so I have to just turn it off. I thought it was my disk but its been fine up until a few weeks ago and there are no scratches on it? And my brother plays fifa 12 all the time and it has never frozen.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or does anyone know how I might be able to fix it?
you could try deleting the game data (not save data) so it recreates it and redownloads the updates when you try playing again. it could be a problem with an update.
on a serious note. my black ops disc won't load up since I started playing mw3. maybe it's just a bug... try YouTubing your problem. Helped me get cod4 to work! and I'm so addicted to it now... It's miles better then MW3! The only reason I'll still play Mw3 is for the clan ops/clan matches nothing else really :/
Mine freezes at the menus sometimes. Just like black ops did but it unfreezes. Doesn't happen in game.

Agreed. unfortunatly EA are now doing the same thing. BF3 last year and now this year they are bringing out a medal of honour game unsing the frostbite 2 engine. however hopefully this craziness will all change when the ps4 comes out. Then we will be annoyed with how much its costs.
