I am so Hyped for E3, I wish I could go!

while its unlikey that the new xbox will be announced there, there'll still be loads of great games like skyrim (certain), battlefield 3 (certain), MW3 (almost certain) and GTA 5 (possbily)

it'll be announced at E3 for an early 2013 release, they have already hired people to work on this a few months ago so it was to be expected

thought the next gen consoles were supposed to be on a 10 year cycle or is it 5?

i think Sony originally said a 10 year cycle for PS3 but i suppose that they might have to get something released sooner if they want to compete with the new Microsoft console.

ooh and there's Nintendo's Wii 2 but thats a different market.

Sony wont change their cycle as a release 3 years after the next Xbox would give them an advantage on hardware technology and they know they can come back in sales as they did with the Ps3

im considering getting the next xbox so i can have the full range of exclusive games and it will be better than the PS3 hard-ware wise Smile

apparently this is false information and no such software has been delivered to EA

and there was me getting ready to visit their offices in Guildford to have a look around

i only know this because its across the road from my college

To be honest I was kind of looking forward to a new xbox

only game i think i ever played on an xbox was the original Turok
