| i orderd some protein powder the other week and today it finally got here i recommend these alot they are really good and nice basically what it is, is a huge tub of pure whey protein and you just add milk or water to it and it tastes just like strawberry milkshake. using this isnt cheating or anything this is a really good way to help build and maintan a good body, using pure whey protein mainly is used for muscle development and you should notice a change in a couple of months. i will be taking 1 each day and maybe 2 on a workout day so ive been recommended by a friend but im not sure if to take 2 in 1 day or not because each 200ml contains 25g of pure protein. just though id let you guys know about this, and i will be posting up some more info soon |

| I've used it before.. Need to have a solid diet and at least a 2hr workout for it to work to its potential.
Some advice, read the nutritional info, because you'd be surprised at the about of carbohydrates it contains, with most shakes you'll notice its all different. |

| The diet was the hardest thing for me.. Its very difficult to maintain it.
Sounds stupid, but buy/read the Mens Health Magazines, the tips and the workouts that they give are brilliant. |

| im still training too. 4 weeks now i think. still eating a load of shit too though i wouldnt say you need 2 hr workout at all. if you read mens health they actually have had articles stating that you shouldnt do anymore than around 45 mins per workout, otherwise you are doing more harm than good. sometimes less is more is the thinking. it obviously has to be an intense workout rather than just spacing around wasting time. i wouldnt be able to walk after 2 hrs of training if i could stop eating shit i reckon id be able to see some of the change in my body, but as it is im still a fat cunt and all benefits are currently hidden _________________ |

| i do 1hours work out every other day, it is really important that you do not workout everyday as your body MUST have time to rest and repair itself, because its the resting that actually fixes and makes the muscles stronger. if you do not take rests it would be pointless. and a 2hour session is good but only when u are more experienced but if ur just starting out anywhere from 30-60 mins is perfect. im just about to have another shake before i go to bed ready for a workout tomorrow |

| i think 2 hours could be a little to much but im not saying you cant or shouldnt do it, but the most important thing is to know your limits. |

| no bobby, its a great time to take a shake. as long as you've been training of course. your body builds itself again after training when you are sleeping, this shake provides the body with the building blocks it needs. it also keeps your metabolism ticking over rather than it shutting down for the night _________________ |
